FYI: Photoshop Book

Hi Everyone,

The Classroom In A Book series for Adobe products are a great resource for anyone who is not to comfortable with the software.

Andrew

FYI: Screen Shots on PCs

Attention PC users!

To achieve the same controlled screen shots available on the Macs, check out the software called SnagIt. A colleague of mine at Art & Design said it works great!

I attached some images of the product.

Best,
Andrew

Resource Books - The Art Teacher's Book of Lists

The Art Teacher's Book of Lists by Helen D. Hume offers an excellent resource for ideas for developing lesson plans and instructional concepts. The book covers lists of artists, materials, materials, and art historical references just to name a few. If anyone is interested in seeing the book I can bring my copy to class.

Resource Books - Dictionary of Art Terms

Published by Thames & Hudson (responsible for World of Art series), the Dictionary of Art Terms is a great resource for art educators. It offers excellent reference for the "vast vocabulary of art."
